Sara: Hello, everyone! My name is Sara, and I am a 2015 graduate of CTS in Fredericksburg, VA. My husband, daughters, and I relocated to Pennsylvania so that we could be closer to our families in New York and Ohio. I have worked with some terrific chiropractors and have learned how great the two professions really work well together. I believe that every patient’s case is different and special in its own way, so I do not have a specialty. I like to use different modalities and tools of the trade to help each patient. I also lived in Florida for 14 years, which is why I turned my massage room into an island paradise, complete with steel drum music.
Crisanne: Crisanne graduated from Integrative Bodywork School of Massage Therapy in State College and is a licensed massage therapist. Trained in an array of skills and techniques, she uses Swedish, deep-tissue, lymphatic, trigger point, and sports massage. She prefers to include methods such as myofascial, muscle energy, and proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF) into her sessions, based on the client’s needs. She has massaged a variety of clientele from professional and Olympic athletes to those in the geriatric community, and many others in between. Crisanne takes great pride in helping people reach their wellness goals by providing excellent client care in a relaxed and therapeutic atmosphere.

$65 for 60 minutes
$90 for 90 minutes
Prenatal: $55 for 45 minutes
