What Should You Expect During a Visit to Advanced Chiropractic?

Here’s what you can expect when you visit Advanced Chiropractic to receive chiropractic care or massage therapy:

Quick Paperwork: When you visit us at Advanced Chiropractic, we will have some paperwork for you to complete. This provides us with general information about you, as well as your condition. To save time by preparing your paperwork ahead of your appointment, please click the links below:

History and Examination: To properly diagnose the issue, our chiropractor will ask various questions about your condition. They will perform other specialized tests to determine the affected tissues and seriousness of the problem.

X-rays: We may need to take X-rays to eliminate the possibility of more serious conditions or to assist us in developing the most effective course of treatment.

Same-day treatment: Immediately following our examination, patients will generally receive their first treatment. This could include spinal adjustments, physical therapy, or soft-tissue therapy.

Home instructions: Before the end of the appointment, we will give instructions on certain activities or procedures to follow at home. These could include ice or heat applications, avoidance of certain activities, and exercises and stretches.

Schedule the next appointment: We provide patients with a convenient time for their next appointment. Generally, this will be within the next day or two. We also give them a complete overview of the diagnosis and course of treatment.
